CO₂ From Volcanoes

The CO₂ released from volcanoes is often cited by naysayers of climate change as part of the evidence that climate scientists have got things wrong.  They are missing the point that volcanoes also emit Sulphur Dioxide (SO₂) at the same time and the SO₂ cancels out the effect of the CO₂.  SO₂ rises up into stratosphere forming acid rain which cools the atmosphere.  People around volcanoes often note that the atmosphere feels cooler at the time.  For a good explanation of this visit the site:
