CO2 From Volcanoes

The CO2 released from volcanoes is often cited by naysayers of climate change as part of the evidence that climate scientists have got things wrong.  They are missing the point that volcanoes also emit Sulphur Dioxide (SO2) at the same time and the SO2 cancels out the effect of the CO2.  SO2 rises up into stratosphere forming acid rain which cools the atmosphere.  People around volcanoes often note that the atmosphere feels cooler at the time.  For a good explanation of this visit the site:
