Some of what we saw in the UK
On the right is a photograph of us inside Chepstow Castle. It is fun to explore! |
On the left is the small town of Chepstow named after the castle in it.
The small town stands at the edge of Wales and England. In that town lives our
Aunty Bryony, who has a four storey house.

On the left is a display, of civil war soldiers, from inside one of the rooms at Chepstow castle. Below we have Chepstow castle itself seen from the River Wye. At Chepstow castle Martins tower is the only tower which you can go up. |

On the left is a picture of Tintern Abbey built in 1131. It is built next to the River Wye not very far from Chepstow. It is the best preserved abbey in all Wales. It has a lot of ruins inside even though it looks good on the outside. Most of the roofs have fallen down. Do you want to see some of the other castles we visited? We also rode on several steam railways! On the right you can see our entire family along with Aunty Bryony. She has a lovely big garden with lots of flowers in it. She has two cats called Annie and Ginger

What we have seen and done in London! We went for a walk around London. We crossed the Thames at the Tower Bridge on the left and back again at London Bridge. No there were no Daleks on the Bridge at that time! What would they say? |

The New Millenium To welcome the new millenium we went to Edinburgh. On the night the new millenium started they let off a whole lot of fireworks over the Castle. At the end the Castle was completely covered in smoke! But first we saw and heard a thousand pipers march into Edinburgh, stirring stuff! |
